Fees

Fees for the 2008 Conference are listed below:

• If attending both days, registration fees are $65 per attendee.

• If attending one day only, registration fees are $45 per attendee.

Make checks payable to: Baltimore Mental Health Systems, Inc.

• Accepting checks and registrations until June 16, 2008 or conference reaches capacity!
• This on-line registration is considered bona fide commitment to attend this event. Payment is expected, unless notice of cancellation is received no later than four working days prior to event.” To cancel your registration please call Peggie Butler-Watson at 410-646-5011 OR e-mail her at pwatson@psych.umaryland.edu
• No Credit Card payments.
• Payment can be made at the door or by sending a check; see information below.
• Electronic payments from state agencies should be sent to “Baltimore Mental Health Systems” and must include this statement: “Please reference BMHS-TC 27”.
